We’ve been lucky enough to write for over 260 brilliant brands across 28 industries. That’s a lot of words. And a lot of impact. We couldn’t possibly show you everything (you’ve got places to be), so here’s just a small taste of the work we’ve loved and the results we’re proud of.

DE’LONGHI: Brewing clarity at scale

Manufacturer of small domestic appliances, known for its elegant and timeless Italian designs

Since 2020, we’ve partnered with De’Longhi to bring more flavour and finesse to their eCommerce presence. The brief? Build brand love, boost loyalty, and supercharge the customer experience across every digital touchpoint.

Our mission: To rewrite every product description across their entire range - from sleek coffee machines to stylish kitchenware, cosy heating solutions and more.

We built a dedicated team of five writers and got to work streamlining processes, aligning tone, and unifying every feature and benefit with crystal-clear consistency.

The result: So far, 1,510 sparkling new product descriptions across De’Longhi’s DTC and Amazon brand store. With every word designed to convert, connect and cultivate. We’re proud as punch that De’Longhi chose us.

NESTLÉ: A global feast of copy 

The world’s largest food and beverage company, owning over 2000 brands globally

From a handful of brands in 2016 to 43 by 2024, our relationship with Nestlé has grown into something pretty special. Think: KitKat to Nespresso, Purina to Sanpellegrino. If it lives in the cupboard or fridge, we’ve probably had our words on it.

Our mission: We’ve written across every kind of content - from eCommerce copy and campaign assets to websites and retail media. But no matter the format, the challenge stayed the same:

  • Make it all clear, consistent and retail-ready

  • Keep every single asset compatible with Nestlé’s global DAM storage

Our mission: Create a clear, confident internal tone of voice that works across the Lipsy Group - helping their teams communicate with more consistency, energy and impact.

The result: We got stuck into the brand’s world, dug deep into their values, and shaped a full tone of voice and messaging playbook that’s now being used across the business.

From sample copy to live content, we made sure it wasn’t just theory, but words that actually work. We’ve also supported Lipsy with award entries and public business profiles, giving their brand the voice it deserves inside and out.

The second largest tyre manufacturer in the world, winning multiple awards for technological innovations, sustainable materials and airless technology

Since 2019, we’ve been helping Michelin bring their tyre game to life with words that grip - not just the road, but the reader.

 

The result: From eCommerce copy to video scripts and ads, we’ve shaped the stories behind 125+ tyres and counting. Whether it’s for Michelin’s own site or retail partners, every line has a job to do.

PLAY TO GROW: Building a playful brand identity 

Play to Grow (sub-brand of Akela Abbott Ltd) developed a new style of workshops using professional play to help business leaders and solopreneurs think, learn and grow. It is the only UK fully certified facilitator of the Pro.Play® Method using PLAYMOBIL pro.

Our mission: Design an eye-catching, professional and credible brand, while maintaining a playful edge capable of sparking curiosity and to reflect the creative, hands-on approach of the workshops.

 

The result: We took a deep dive into the brand’s objectives and values. And, after much cogitating, we finalised a brand identity that balances clarity and modernity with colourful, tactile details.

 

A meaningful colour palette and modern typography provide a professional foundation, while hand-drawn illustrations bring playfulness, echoing the thinking with your hands principle that lies at the heart of the Pro.Play® Method. The brand feels both polished and approachable - one that instils trust while standing out as fresh, engaging and human.

GALDERMA: Skincare that speaks clearly

A global pharmaceutical company specialising in dermatology that focuses on providing science-based solutions for skin health

When science meets skincare, the language matters. That’s where we come in.

We’ve worked across five of Galderma’s brands - including Differin, Benzac, Alastin and Loceryl. But most of our time has gone into Cetaphil.

The result: From eCommerce product descriptions (x286 to date) and website landing pages to video scripts, launches and campaigns, we help Cetaphil show up consistently across every channel and keep their words working as hard as their formulas do.
